POSITION: Electronics TechnicianLOCATION OF WORK: Onsite in Coventry RATE: £30-40 per hour CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months initiallyTHE ROLE:A successful and highly respected electronics business in Coventry require an Electronics Technician with excellent soldering skills to join their team for an initial 3-month contract.You will be working on a brand new handheld medical device.In this role you will be working with the development and testing engineers on the design verification and validation of the device.As well as having excellent soldering skills, you should be someone who is proactive and can be relied upon to complete various electronic technician tasks.With a lot of project work on, this role is very likely to extend past the initial contract period.SKILL REQUIRED:Experience working on electronic/ electro-mechanical devicesExcellent soldering skillsComfortable working to own initiative as well as part of a teamDESIRABLE SKILLS:Experience working on products used in Safety Critical sectors (e.g. Medical, Oil+Gas, Aerospace, Automotive)To discuss this role in further detail please contact Andrew Knight or Chris Oddy at KO2 Embedded Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
