Electrical Maintenance Technican 18th Ed & some Plumbing

We are currently looking for a permanent Electrical Maintenance Technician with 18th Edition in Electrical with some basic plumbing experience.If you think you're the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description. The work will be working within the justice centres in Warwickshire (due to this you will need to be willing to undertake a full police background check) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES To undertake all tasks in line with H&S Guidelines and legislation.To ensure that PPM's are carried out on time and in line with the agreed schedule and to ensure a quick response to the reactive problems communicated via the helpdesk.Carryout remedial electrical repairs and minor installation work.Comply with customer policies, procedures and statutory requirements.To carry out reactive electrical maintenance when required.Assistance with non-electrical and general maintenance tasks as required such as PlumbingCOMPETENCIES 5 years post apprenticeship working experience.City & Guilds 2360 parts 1 & 2 in electrical installation.City & Guilds 2391, certification in Inspection and Testing.Knowledge of 18th edition wiring regulations- essential for this roleBasic plumbing - Minimum NVQ Level 2Must have previous working experience in a maintenance environment.Must have IOSH level of Health & Safety knowledge.Operational knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems.Have self motivation and ability to manage time and priorities well.Be able to partake in the out of hours on-call rota.PC literate, use of Microsoft work and Excel.Operational experience in the use of a CAFM system.Salary £25K - £32K Dependent on experience with plenty of overtime available.On-call rota every other week. £50 per week on call retainer (£1,300).
