If you have customer oriented skills and you are looking for new opportunities within international environment, this could be a great chance.;;We are looking for a ;English and German speakers; within a top leader logistics company.;;Your duties will include the following:;- You will motorize the routes of drivers through a web portal and identify the risks to be able to prevent them (traffic lights, percentage of traffic, etc.);- You will establish calls and send emails, work in a contact center environment, communicating daily with the drivers and supporting them on their routes;- You will make reports and reports using different programs, as well as evaluations of the achievement of objectives; Requirements ;- English and German advanced;;- Extra languages will be considered as a plus;;- Computer skills and Excel advanced;;- Customer Services experience will be valued;;- Availability to work in shift patterns (including weekends); Offer ;- Full time or part time: 40 hours/week (AM shift and PM shift) or 25h/week (PM shift);- From Monday to Sunday rotating;- 21.000 €/year (approximately);- 3-month contract 3-month extension, with the possibility of joining the workforce;
