To support this key strategic growth area, IoT requires a highly capable and experienced Enterprise Architect to join the IoT Architecture Evolution Team leading the IoT Core domain. The role includes building the roadmap for the IoT Core Domain (BSS) applications, supporting our vision of reaching 1 billion connections. The right individual should have a deep understanding of telecommunications BSS and network technologies, as well as be able to interact with senior business stakeholders. Ready?” Role Purpose: • Lead the definition and drive the execution of the technology strategy for the IoT Core domain, which includes CRM, Billing, Order Management, Network AAA and Identity Management capabilities• Deliver innovative and pragmatic Capability and Application Architectures and roadmaps in line with business needs.• Ability to interpret technical issues and then effectively communicate a structured approach that addresses the needs and requirements whilst aligned with the defined architecture.• Demonstrate the capability to operate at all levels of seniority and create compelling communications that meet the different needs of the stakeholder groups, underpinned by solid methodology approach that yields tangible architectural artefacts and deliverables.• Provide technical expert contribution to the technology selection process and develop or buy decisions in synchronisation with Technology standards.• Participate in the design and execution of Architectural Governance across the relevant stakeholders.• Support the early life definition of Programmes and Projects including shaping and scope definition.• Represent Vodafone in standardisation and other industry forums• Lead and develop a team of Domain Architects to support the architecture definition within the domain• Create and maintain architecture assets including the Application Portfolio (LeanIX), Architecture Patterns, Architecture Principles, Blueprints and Roadmaps Must have technical / professional qualifications: • Relevant university degree (M.Sc., B.Sc. etc)• AWS Certified Solution Architect (Associate or Professional) (desireable)• TOGAF Certified (desirable)• SAFE Agile certified or extensive experience working in a scaled Scrum or Kanban environment (desirable)• IoT knowledge is desirable.
