Design Engineer - Residential - Leading Offsite ConstructionOur client is one of the leading names in the UK offsite residential construction sector, with a state of the art manufacturing facility, producing homes of high design and build quality.Due to an expanding portfolio of clients and an increase in demand for their service, they are now looking to recruit a high calibre Design Engineer to join their team in Liverpool.The successful candidate will be mainly office based and duties will include: * Produce detailed fabrication drawings for use in the factory. * Liaising with the architectural team on design matters. * Coordinate with the procurement team and external suppliers.The ideal candidate will already possess: * Experience of delivering complete working drawings packages. * Knowledge of Building Regulations. * Excellent working knowledge of Revit - essential. * Understanding of BIM standards and procedures. * Excellent organisational skills and problem solving abilities. * Able to work with trades disciplines and external consultants. * Degree qualified in Architectural or Design related discipline.In return for the above, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, negotiable on experience.
