Customer services & administration assistant required to work alongside our small team, duties will involve listening to customer issues to help get these resolved, calling our suppliers to check order status, calling customers to advise of their delivery slots as well as speaking to customer through our live chat, website & social media, plus other related tasksIdeal candidate will be friendly, confident on the telephone, well presented, have customer services experience & be able to work on own inititive where necessary. The role maybe split between two sites in Barnsley, depending on company work load Hours will generally be:Monday - Friday 10.00am - 5.00pm
