If so, please continue reading...Adecco are currently recruiting a skilled Customer Service Assistant to join a very well known company in Newbury. Paying £10-£11 an hour, my client is seeking someone on a temporary basis for 3 months with the view to extend. Duties to include but not limited to: * Processing Orders on the system* Assisting Manager with Customer On boarding Services* Process all Billing accurately and timely on a weekly basis.* Liaise with Sales team for accurate customer pricing, discounts and provide to customer service manager and update the system. * Keeping detailed and accurate records of all correspondence with customers* Update & maintain key customer information within SAP and other supporting systems* Adhering to Company and Customer Services procedures, processes and standardsThe ideal candidate: * Attention to detail* Good communication skills - verbal and written.* SAP knowledge * Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.* Good team player and remains calm under pressure.If the above role is of interest and you are available immediately.
