Customer Service Advisor

The Call Handler role will require you to be the first point of contact for the helpdesk and you will be helping both external and internal clients with their query. You will either try and solve the query or transfer them to the correct team. Example queries including, general queries, basic finance queries and HR/Pension queries.Client DetailsThe client is one of the largest outsourcers for Government Contracts. They are based close to the M4 and A48, they also have free parking on site.
