Customer Service Advisor

Job Details Due to an increase in demand, our client, a major national company urgently requires experienced Customer Service /Contact Centre Advisors on a temporary basis for approximately 11 - 12 weeks to start on 1st March 2021. Hourly rate will be £9.01 and the position is based at Doxford Park, Sunderland. The role offers the opportunity to work for a dynamic, forward-thinking company, with great onsite facilities, free parking, and superb team-based culture.This is a full time role, hours of work will be based on a 34-hour working week. Shifts will be between 8am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and may include longer/shorter working days depending on customer demand. Applicants need to be fully flexible to commit to various shift patterns.2 weeks full training will be provided.Working as part of the Complaints Handling team, applicants should have a resilient approach along with experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused environment.Providing an excellent level of service, you'll be skilled in listening to and resolving customer enquiries quickly and efficiently. You will be taking inbound calls and dealing with customer queries through various channels such as telephony, online services.You will be a confident computer user, capable of using a range of systems and navigating multi-screens whilst capturing customer data quickly and accurately. Applicants should have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
