You will be responsible for providing a welcoming/comforting voice and maintaining good customer relationships.The successful applicants must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.Duties Include:· Answering questions about products or the company· Asking questions to understand customer requirements· Answer questions about products or the company· Enter and update customer information in the database· Take and process orders in an accurate manner· Keep records of calls and note useful informationJob Requirements;· Proven customer service experience would be an advantage· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects· Excellent knowledge of English· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejectionThe above role is based on a full time basis with an ASAP start. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
