Customer Service Administrator

Job Duties: Working in a fast paced & demanding environment, answering customer calls and responding to customer emails. Ensuring a customer first attitude is promoted at all times. Giving customers accurate price and fitment information to ensure they receive the correct parts for their car. Ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Processing card payments. Responding to delivery and warranty queries. Qualifications / Experience: 4 GCSEs grade C or above, which must include English and maths or equivalent.Experience in a sales/customer admin role.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral & written.An excellent telephone manner.
