Customer Care Manager - Construction experience The role: We have an excellent opportunity for Customer Care Manager with construction experience, to join an expanding residential construction business in Barnsley / Sheffield. Our client is financially strong, and due to recent expansion of a new division, has a requirement to establish a full construction team. The role will involve providing costing and fund monitoring services to the Residential sector. key responsibilities: We are looking for a strong leader to head up the Customer Care Team with previous management and experience in Construction / house building, quality control, building regulations. experience: Experience and knowledge within the construction industry Ability to multitask and work under pressure Exceptional organisation skills First class communicator - written and verbal Skills: The successful candidate will be extremely well organised, self-motivated efficient, able to create a good rapport with the customer able to work to specific targets and deadlines.
