Customer Care Coordinator - Tunbridge Wells - Permanent £35k

My client ia a National House Builder looking for a Customer Care  Mobile Maintenance Operative to work on sites around Kent. This is a permanent role to start ASAP. You will be given a van and fuel card. Client office is based in Maidstone and sites will be based more Southern Kent. Objective:To carry out planned, remedial works within occupied properties with all customers in a clean, safe and  professional and friendly manner, offering a service within company guidelines, to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company reputation. To deliver the promises as identified in the Code of Conduct for Customer Care Operatives and to the standards identified in the Customer Care Policies and Procedures. Work will involve:Painting and Decorating, mastic, minor carpentry works, patch plastering, alcatraves etc..Responsibilities: To attend properties at the appointed time, providing feedback to the Customer Care Department on a daily basisTo attend to the issues on the work sheet provided in a timely manner and to ensure that works are signed for as satisfactory by the house owner or representative so the issues can be signed off and acceptedTo provide a service in Customer’s homes with the utmost care to be polite, professional and clean and tidy at all timesAdhere to the ‘Maintenance Safety Manual’ to ensure your own safety and that of any 3rd party thus maintaining a safe environment and providing  the highest standards of Customer Service.Ensure that all reported customer defects are dealt with in a cost-effective, timely and professional manner and monitor and manage the work through to completion to maintain good customer service.Responsibility to ensure that the standards and procedures are maintained in accordance with the company policy.For More Information please email (url removed) or call Kate Lancaster on (phone number removed)
