Job Details Covid Testing SupportFollowing important work to control and reduce the numbers of Covid 19 infections, Pertemps Managed Solutions are working with Gloucestershire County Council to recruit a number of Operatives for Test and Trace sites. This position is an rolling 6 week assignment paying £10.41 per hour.About the jobTo assist with the processing of COVID 19 test samples and interpret and record the results.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the setup of the testing areas in preparation for the beginning of the shiftManage the queuing system and support the general public where needed.Assist general members of the public on registration and self-administration of testsRecord information on handheld device – scanning QR codes and entering data.What you will needRecent customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently with members of the public.To be organised and have a flexible work ethic.Reliable with good time keeping.Additional information You will be required to work a rotational shift pattern that will include evenings and weekends. You will need to have use of a car and hold a full driving license.This is an excellent opportunity to work within a team environment on a project that is vital to the management and control of the Covid-19 pandemic.
