What you will be responsible for: As Corporate Action Audit Administrator specialist Associate-2, you will: Due to a strong growth in the Edinburgh Corporate Actions Audit Administrator department an excellent opportunity has arisen for Associate 2 positions within the Corporate Actions Audit team. The individuals will be responsible ensuring all client responses are instructed timely and accurate to the market or Sub Custodian by the Corporate Actions processing team across multiple markets and for a diverse client base. In the role of Corporate Audit Administrator ,you will be responsible for: Audit timely and accurately all event related activity as set out within operating procedures. Ensure accuracy to market is maintained and key risks within an event are actively managed. Where required verify the work of other Corporate Actions Specialists within the team for quality and accuracy. Deliver effective client service. Effectively prioritise the workload and ensure daily tasks are completed. Participate in departmental procedure review. Assist with collating department management information. Communicate effectively with agents sub custodians & internal State street departments to resolve issues such as but not limited to information discrepancies validate transaction data and pursue confirmation of instruction status. Participate and complete assigned projects and departmental initiatives as required. Should be capable of working in a deadline/volume driven environment whilst maintaining accuracy and focus Able to priorities and focus on the most urgent and important task.
