My client delivers a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes a range of businesses and individuals.The Conveyancing Assistant role will involve assisting residential conveyancers on their caseloads at various stages of the files, with caseloads consisting of sales & purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity to name a few.You will have fast and accurate typing speed be capable of copy and audio typing - using Big Hand digital dictation system. Have knowledge of working on a case management system (current system used is ALB), be proficient in MS office packages. Strong communication and organisation skills are vital while experience within residential property is essential.The Conveyancing Assistant must have at least 18 months conveyancing experience and a solid understanding of the conveyancing process. The duties will include opening and closing files, taking calls, typing letters, and providing quotes.
