Their main responsibilities include;Organising and Recruiting of labour.Meeting with clients to find out their requirements.Managing construction schedules.Attending site meetings to monitor progress.Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers.Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards.Working on site and liaising with the office.Pitched Roofing experience preferred but not essential.Normal working week will be 40 hours - to be discussed at interview stage.Applicant will need to be a people person with strong communication skills.We provide a works telephone and sign written van
