Contracts Manager - Passive Fire ProtectionSouth WestUp to £50,000 + Car / Allowance + Benefits My client is a leading contractor operating within the passive fire protection market, delivering fire door installation and fire compartmentation projects ranging from £1k to £2m. These include high and low rise domestic and commercial properties within the private and public sector. Due to a number of contracts being won in the South West, we have an immediate position for a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of Fire Door and Fire Stopping Contracts.Contracts Manager - Fire Doors ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility of projects from receipt of order to final account stageProducing project site files, incorporating all relevant site documentationApplication of project programme timescales, building the programme of works for productionAssessment of all sub-contractor H&S documentation, including client employed contractorsPreparation and collation of Principal Contractor H&S documentationExternal Stakeholder Management - Client site progress meetings with property team and project Interested parties, safety consultants, designers, local authority, or property tenantsInternal Stakeholder Management - Weekly labour and production review meetings reporting to the board and preparing senior management reports for weekly client SMT updatesCost Management, working alongside the assigned QS, monitoring the project lifecycle cost, engaging with the buyer to achieve cost effective materials and sub-contract teamsScope Change Management, ensuring any additional works requested are costed, submitted for approval by the QS before being undertaken onsiteContracts Manager Salary & Benefits - Fire Doors ResponsibilitiesYou will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.
