You will act mainly for commercial clients across a wide range of business sectors, with a particular emphasis on real estate developers, property investment companies, contractors and major engineering consultancies. You may also advise some high net worth individuals.The team's dispute resolution experience covers mediation, adjudication, arbitration (domestic and international), expert determination, as well as bringing and defending claims brought in TCC court proceedings.This role is perfect for a talented construction lawyer seeking a move outside London for a more attractive work life balance with an excellent culture and a competitive salary.
