Job DescriptionThe Construction Solicitor will work closely with the Partner and other senior lawyers and deal with primarily construction dispute work. This will include mediation, litigation and arbitration. The work is both domestic and international and you will deal with construction disputes, project disputes and negligence claims.The Successful ApplicantYou will be a Construction Solicitor who prefers contentious work. You may be a junior Solicitor who has done a Construction seat. You will have strong academics and have ties to the Newcastle area.
