Any experience within the nuclear, oil & gas or petrochemical industry would be beneficial as would experience of working in NEC3 construction contracts. With a company history spanning over 65 years the business has an impressive reputation.  The Construction Site Manager Role:* Responsible for the management of the construction site, potentially covering multiple projects in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives.* Maintaining standards of health and safety, quality environmental impact, contract compliance, schedule and cost control.* Delivering projects to specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance.* Working closely with Design and Fabrication facilities that incorporate design, projects, manufacturing, quality & inspection, project controls, sub contracts and commercial department* Be familiar with site labour working techniques and trade mixes, also with various sub-contractors including but not limited to Scaffolding, Surveying, Heavy Lift and Radiography.* Shift Pattern working and some travel requirements. The Construction Site Manager:* Must be technically and commercially proficient.* Experience in similar role within Nuclear, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.* Relevant experience in Greenfield and Brownfield environment.* Supervisory experience within staffing levels upwards of 150 labour resources and 60 site management.* Experience in working within NEC3 or other construction contracts
