The role will be on a permanent basis offering you a very competitive salary and package. You will be managing the internal delivery of large new build and refurbishment projects.To be the ideal candidate for this role we are looking for a dedicated hard-working individual with experience on large scale projects to join this leading, forward thinking company.Responsibilities: * Management of Health and Safety onsite * Management other sub-contractors * Prepare Health and Safety Documents * Programming of projects * Management of labour on site * Delivery co-ordination of materials * Produce weekly site reports and completion of paperwork consistent with agreed systems and processes * Attend site meetings.We are looking for: * Experience on residential projects * Experience on £5+ Million projects * Well-developed knowledge of health & safety, company procedures, legislation and practice * Experience of leading/developing a team * Managed budgets and costing, including project forecasting and control * Knowledge of contract documentation * Excellent Project/programme Management skills * Ability to resource projects as well prioritise and effectively plan * CSCS * SMSTS * MCIOB- desirableTo find out more about this role and any others we are currently working on please apply with your CV and we will be in touch
