We are currently expanding the business with multiple offices nationally and as such have various vacancies for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to help build on our already established and thriving company. Dewey Group are heavily involved with major construction schemes across the U.K and hold preferred supplier agreements with many of the UK"s leading contractors. With significant growth opportunities, we are looking for individuals with experience working in recruitment for construction and or civil engineering. The ideal candidate"s for these roles will have experience in a 360 role developing prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients, to gain additional business and develop a profitable desk * Managing your own client and candidate databases and delivering excellent, pro-active customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met * Filling vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, with suitably skilled candidates by sourcing * Growing your client and candidate base through telephone and face to face business development activity and advertising * Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service * Achieving agreed individual targets and KPIS and reporting on these to management through weekly meetings and various one to ones * Dewey Group are offering the opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing company with huge career progression opportunities.
