This company are a specialist sub-contractor who get involved in large infrastructure projects for major construction and civil engineering companies throughout the UK. They have grown massively over the past 18 months and have plans in place to double turnover again next financial year. As a result of this expansion, they are looking for a Construction Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take full ownership of a range of exciting projects from tender stage all the way through to final handover. These can range in value anywhere between £100k - £2m. You will be office based with regular site visits and for the right candidate, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to Directorship. The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering background with experience running multiple projects at a time looking to work for an expanding organisation who truly value their staff.
