Our client is looking for a driven and forward thinking Construction Manager, to effectively plan the works and lead our clients construction department, to ensure our projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality.Ideally the candidate will be local to the region and have a track record delivering multiple residential projects over 4 sites building, circa 150 units per annumCandidates should have extensive housing experience from ground works to snagging and handover and be well versed in NHBC / LABC.
