Construction Lawyer - South West England This is a great opportunity for an experienced Solicitor / Associate Solicitor to join an award winning, Top 100 Law firm within their Construction department.  Your caseload will have a focus on Non Contentious matters, however you will also have opportunities to participate in Contentious matters.  Working on behalf of Public and Private Sector clients you will advise on a variety of matters including but not limited to; large commercial and residential developments, infrastructure and energy projects. The successful candidate will have 2PQE+ experience of transactional construction practice.  You will have experience of assisting in larger / more complex transactions. You will have also gained wide experience in the NEC, JCT and IChemE suite of contracts, as well as industry standard forms of professional appointments, and additionally, you will have gained some experience in matters involving funders and the necessary security requirements for construction, engineering and infrastructure projects.
