This exceptional builder is going from strength to strength and has ambitious growth plans for over the next 5 years and is a five star builder Job Description Setting, managing, and monitoring build programsEnsure all KPI targets are achieved.Making sure that new developments are planned and implemented effectively.Ensuring that sites and planned developments comply with H&S and CDM requirementsWorking with the Technical and Commercial Teams to select suitable sub-contractors.Monitoring and enhancing developments to ensure quality control procedures are adhered toCompleting reports for the Board and attending Board meetingsEnsure early involvement in site conception through to completion.Act as the leader and role model for the construction team as a whole The Successful Applicant This role would suit an experienced Construction Director as well as an experienced Construction Manager looking for the step up.
