We have a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Contracts Coordinator to join a successful team and who is looking to progress into a Contracts Manager role. As part of the Contract Management team, your duties will include; * Preparing job start packs* Progressing material & plant orders, coordinating site deliveries* Liaison with site engineers and customers, and preparation and issuing of contract completion documents* Providing estimates for contract variations / additional works* Ensuring all health and safety paper work is completed* Attending site visits when applicableThe ideal candidate will have; * A Mechanical/ Electrical/ Construction or Landscape background * Excellent communication skills * Organised, Methodical, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS ProjectIf this sounds like the ideal role for you apply today!
