Company Accountant RequiredDue to continued growth, PK Murphy Construction Ltd are seeking to recruit a full-time accountantReporting to the Managing Directors, the successful candidate will be directly responsible for the financial management of the business and will work as a member of the senior management team to assist in the efficient and effective running of the companyDuties include:* Preparation of quarterly management accounts* Preparation of monthly job costings* Preparation of statutory financial statements* Preparation of financial information as appropriate for the Board of Directors to aid the decision making process* Management of CIS, PAYE and VAT functions* Cash flow management and projections* Co-ordination of monthly operations meetings with QS department and Company Directors to review job performance* Continuous business improvement across the operations network through the introduction of rigorous and disciplined procedures and the strengthening of internal controlsEssential:* Qualified with at least three years post qualification experience* Excellent communication skills* Proactive* Ability to review/drive change where necessaryPlease forward an up to date CV to michelle@pkmurphy.co.ukClosing date is Friday 29th January 2021
