Community Support Worker

Our city-wide service offers an enablement and recovery-focused support service to adults and older adults living in their own homes. Our service users may have a formal mental health diagnosis or experience fluctuating mental health, memory problems, or dementia. The service operates throughout Bradford and the surrounding areas, including Keighley, Bingley and Shipley.We require warm, positive individuals to promote our person-centred ethos and work in close partnership with families and other agencies. The role is diverse. You must be compassionate and able to provide both respectful personal care and personalised support, to aid recovery and enable individuals to remain living within their own homes. Full training is provided. Car drivers are essential.
