Your Role: As our Commercial Service Specialist, you will be responsible at entry point for commercial and regulatory issues from our internal and external customers. You will work in close collaboration with Sales, Supply chain and other functional areas globally to offer best in class Customer Service. Duties of the role also entail processing all requests for quotations in close collaboration Sales and in charge of processing requests for all types of business documents for our customers, such as brochures, product listings, etc.; processing orders, checking stock availability or shipping status, checking customer prices, preparing and processing the returns of the goods for a credit and / or replacement. This role also involves/may involve travel e.g. infrequent training in Germany. Who you are:·      Competent experience within a commercial sales / customer oriented environment in order to cash flow·      Excellent customer service skills (oral and written)·      Ability to prioritise and provide accurate data in a fast-paced and changing environment·      Good team worker, able to think creatively·      Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Sales Force / SAP experience beneficial·      Previous experience in a Life Science industry would be beneficial
