This is a full time, temporary position and the ideal candidate will be a chartered surveyor and/or registered Valuer with experience working within a commercial property background. The purpose of the role is to support the local authority who have big plans for regeneration, transformation and major development and need a Chartered Surveyor/Registered Valuer with business and commercial awareness who can deliver on challenging targets. The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £21 or £22 p/hour Umbrella Ltd dependant on experience and qualifications.
