This established law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (1+ years PQE) to join its busy and growing commercial property team. You'll be handling and assisting on a broad range of commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landowners, investors, business occupiers and developers. The work will consist of loans and secured lending, Landlord & Tenant including new leases, renewals and assignments and subletting, creation, release and variation of easements and covenants including restrictive and positive covenants. You'll be working in a supportive environment where they will invest into the development of your career.
