The role is a very broad real estate one dealing with an interesting and varied mix of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, and development work alongside some of the leading commercial property Solicitors in the region. The firm act for an impressive list of clients including large national and international businesses, as well as smaller SME and regional businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer (around NQ-2 years PQE) to work in a nicely sized team, where you will get hands on experience whilst also having a proper support network from more senior lawyers. The firm prides itself on being a genuine alternative to a ‘Big 6’ national/international practice where the team sizes are smaller and more collegiate, but where the quality of lawyer and work is not diminished.
