This long standing law firm with an outstanding reputation, along with a high staff retention rate, are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic commercial property solicitor or legal executive with around 3 years+ experience to join their tight knit team.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications. You will join a small team comprising of a partner and support staff. Qualification is not important but you must be able to run your own commercial property files from instruction through to completion. As a commercial property solicitor you must be able to deal purchase and sale of properties, re-finance to include bridging finance and Commercial Leases.
