The commercial property team deal with a wide range of transactions ranging from sales, purchases, lettings and developments for all property types.They work closely with a broad spectrum of clients including land-owners, investors, business occupiers and developers dealing with matters locally and across the broader Hampshire and surrounding regions.The role will suit an ambitious individual with at least five years post qualification experience be that as a qualified solicitor or FCILEx legal executive. The position will suit a commercially minded individual who is keen to further establish themselves within the region. You will naturally be highly competent at managing your own caseload across the breadth of commercial property matters in what is a small team but one with plenty of scope to grow under your leadership.
