The Role: The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will handle their own caseload commercial property matters including but not limited to buy-to-lets, re-mortgages and bridging finance. Requirements: The ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will boast a minimum of 2 years' experience within conveyancing particularly sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Commercial property experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. You will boast excellent client care skills and the ability to handle your own caseload with a proven track record. Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Fee Earners, or experienced Paralegals with the relevant experience will be considered.
