Commercial Property Lawyer | CoventryA well-established Legal 500 located in Coventry are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their busy team.The Role:The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will handle their own caseload commercial property matters including but not limited to buy-to-lets, re-mortgages and bridging finance.Requirements:The ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will boast a minimum of 2 years' experience within conveyancing particularly sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Commercial property experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
