Responsibilities of the Cleaner will be:• Cleaning of communal areas in line with company standards;• Working alongside other trades professionals to complete projects to the highest standard;• Report and identify health and safety issues, hazards and report to line Manager. I expect the Cleaner to have:• Previous experience in communal cleaning including use of chemical products and general associated machinery;• Asbestos Awareness, COSHH and Manual Handling;• Full clean UK Driving Licence;• Have basic DBS check. In return, you will receive:•£12.47 an hour working Monday - Friday;• Company Van and Fuel Card.
