Claims Handler

Vacancies are on fixed term contracts ranging from 6 - 12 months.Here at Simplyhealth we're passionate about delivering award winning customer service. Our Claims team play a crucial part in this by processing the claims our customers make for the healthcare treatment they’ve received when using one of our health plans.As a Claims Handler you’ll be: Checking that the system has correctly uploaded each claim by cross checking against what the customer has submitted, approving those that are correct and pulling out those that don’t match for further investigation Calling practitioners to validate receipts where required Meeting agreed productivity requirements such as processing customer requests accurately and the volume of claims processed per day Please note this role will be contractually based from our head office in Andover, Hampshire, however, will be home based until further notice due to COVID-19.
