LAW Absolute is currently working with a top 50 law firm based in Bristol. They are seeking a Claims Handler to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working alongside the head of claims and will be responsible for a technical and efficient delivery of service. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Review insurance policy terms, Negotiate settlement of claims, Manage caseloads, Identify trend and escalate risk information. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 a degree level. Claims knowledge and experience would be highly desirable, as well as a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislative and legal framework.
