Londonderry, County Londonderry Call Centre and Customer Service Posted 16.03.21 Up to £8.72 per hour Call Handler £8.72 per hour increasing to £8.91 per hour on 1st April Ongoing temporary workFull time hours – 37.5 per week We are currently recruiting for our client who are working alongside the Government on a number of Call Handler roles to support with the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is a ongoing temporary role for at least 3 months with potential to extend following.Please note you will need to have access to your own laptop / desktop for this role and it must be Windows based not Google or Mac. Your system must be Windows 10 to be suitable for this role.Telephony experience isn’t essential, we’re keen to speak to candidates from a variety of customer service backgrounds. What will you be doing? Booking appointments for members of the public to get the covid-19 vaccineHelping with general queries regarding covid-19Supporting members of the public and providing adviceArranging after care calls where needed What are we looking for? Previous customer service experience – contact centre is desirable but not essentialExcellent telephone mannerAbility to empathise with individuals who may be worried / strugglingComputer literate – able to pick up new systems Pay rate – £8.72 per hour paid weekly, every Friday Hours of work – Shifts between 7am-11pm – must be fully flexible5 out of 7 days per weekMust be flexible to work rotational weekends Due to the nature of the role successful candidates will need to be able to pass a DBS check.
