Sanderson are partnering with one of the UK's fastest growing Insurance Brokerages, who are looking for enthusiastic Call Centre Sales Agents, who will play an integral part in one of the company's most fundamental departments. Responsibilities include: Taking inbound calls and ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional mannerBuilding great rapport with customers and finding solutions for any issues that ariseNurturing long term customer relationships as well as handling new accountsUpselling company products and servicesHandling any customer complaints effectively and escalate them where appropriateWorking to targets and achieving outlined KPI's Skills required: Excellent communication skillsStrong organisational skillsAbility to learn new computer systemsA passionate approach to customer serviceCapability to work well under pressure whilst multitaskingPrevious customer service experience is essential, ideally gained in a Call Centre environment however all industries will be considered Based in Central Maidstone, this is a full time and permanent position and suitable candidates must be readily available for a Monday March 1st start date. Salary is between £18,000 - £23,000 with an OTE of £20,000 - £25,000, plus an excellent benefits package.
