Call Centre Advisor Out Of Hours

K&T heating are looking to recruit call handlers to work within our new offices in Dartford as part of our out of hours team. We operate withnin the social housing industry providing key maintenance to over 150,000 properties across the south east.This position is offering Monday to Friday hours 4pm - 10pm and weekends which will be saturday and sunday 8am to 4pm.This is a great time to be joining K&T Heating as we busier than ever and looking forward to the new Dartford offices!Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:To act as the main point of customer contact for servicing and responsive maintenance. Handling calls out of hours from tenants.To maintain high standards of customer service and improved customer experience.General Duties/Key Responsibilities:• Answer inbound customer calls relating to repairs and servicing for all clients in a courteous and professional manner• Be on hand to support the Junior Call Centre Administrators at all times• Act as the main point of contact for end users and manage the customer relationship• Answer customer queries and take ownership of any issues arising through to completion• Raise jobs and make appointments using the main customer database and complete any associated administrative tasks as necessary logging information accurately and concisely• Responding to customer emails• Make outbound calls to customers to arrange appointmentsPlease forward your CV to Teresa Moon via this advert
