Business Development RepresentativeBase Salary up to £23,000 with a realistic OTE £40,000 - £45,000 +Full time, Monday to FridayExcellent training benefits, progression and developmentAs the Business Development Representative you will be working for a company that is a global leader in availability services.For this position the company are looking for someone that is motivated, committed and dedicated to hitting individual and company KPI`s.Overall skills required:At least 1 years sales experience in an outbound telesales/business development positionSkilled at Lead GenerationExcellent negotiation and communication skillsBe self-motivated, robust and resilientHave a can-do attitudeBe energetic and enthusiasticA team playerIn the role you will call other companies introducing the services and products whilst working with the wider sales team confirming that all prospects are followed up and completed.Responsibilities will includeMaking a high number of outbound calls daily - B2BGenerating appointments for the wider sales teamTaking full responsibility ensuring all leads are developed and managedTracking and updating the sales pipeline and CRM databaseEnsuring all relevant call grading is accurateWorking with other departments supporting and defining sales campaignsFollowing up on sales campaignsThis is a great opportunity for someone to join a well established Business Development and Sales team.
