BUSINESS ASSISTANT / ADMINISTRATOR - BASED IN WEYBRIDGE, SURREY, UK.Start date 26/04/20215 monthsHours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday.Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0X£13.05 increasing to £14.85 after 12 weeksWe have an exciting oppourtunity with our global pharmaceutical client. They are a company that is recognised worldwide are looking for a Business Assistant to work within their Weybridge office in Surrey. This is offered on a 3 months basis with a possibility of an extention thereafter.The Business Assistant would be joining the business development team within the company and supporting senior and business management.The day to day role of the Business Assistant will mean that you are supporting the management team, this will come in the form of problem solving and making sure you can deliver against all agreed targets/deadlines.Your responsibilities will include the following:· Carry out straightforward investigations and evaluate pros and cons of available alternatives.· Identifies customer/business needs in a diversified and less standardized environment and meets them by helping and advice.· Create and update databases with accurate product data, sales data, weekly reports etc.· Ensuring accurate storage of key documentation for audit and stewardship purposes within the company· Managing data from multiple bespoke internal systems (training provided)· Able to effectively exchange and explain information to stakeholders· Provide support to the wider team and to business managers.Desired skills:· Previous business support experience· Project management experience· Strong Microsoft office especially Excel· Organization and priorities set up skills· Great communication and reach for help when requiredIdeal candidate :· Must be well organised, able to prioritise and multi-task and work well both independently and within a team· Self-motivated· Trustworthy· Personable, confident, and perceptive· Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learnAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
