Duties will include: Undertake general clerical and administration duties Work with computer systems, such as databases and spreadsheets Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and e-mails Assisting with covering telephones when required. General administration duties including photocopying, filing – paper based, compiling information packs etc. Telephone enquiries, including dealing with customers Work with due regard to health & safety requirements Dealing with Invoicing and Accounts – Some Sage work will be involved Dealing with Sales/Purchase Orders Ordering of Equipment Any other duties as requested by Line Manager Apprentices must show commitment to the following: To achieve the apprenticeship standard within the specified time frame Attend the apprenticeship induction programme Attend all of the training sessions for the programme whenever necessary Undertake any other required development work as part of the apprenticeship programme as requested Any other duties as deemed appropriate by senior staff
