Business Account Managers will focus on the full 360 sales cycle starting with bringing in the Bills and LOA’s and ending with closing the saleIdentify sales opportunities through thorough questioningOvercome objections using up to date market/product informationPresent unique solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissionsDevelop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customersManage your existing customer accounts and renewalsTo achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIsAlways adhere to the sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our quality standardsTo accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM systemWorking closely with a Team Manager to maximise all opportunitiesAttend on-going training and coaching sessionsProvide excellent customer service throughout the sales journeyEnsure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures Personal Attributes WHO YOU ARE: Driven, self-motivated and hungry to succeedAbility to work under pressureExcellent communication skillsComputer literateResilient with a great work ethicLooking to build a long term career EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS 1 years B2B sales experience preferred1 years sales experience minimumEnergy experience is preferred but not essentialWorked within a teamExperience in delivering well above targetWorked in a fast paced, high volume sales environment WHY USWe are global energy services provider.
