They offer a truly skilled team of scaffolders and bricklayers to award-winning developments.After a monumental growth period, they are looking to appoint an experienced Brickwork Contracts Manager to further strengthen and develop its teams and client relationships further.DescriptionAs a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and multiple residential and commercial projects within the region. You will manage a team of 50 + bricklayers and look after all logistics, commercial tenders, deal with on-boarding of new bricklayers and develop new and innovative ways of working, and put processes in place to ensure projects run smoothly.ProfileYou will need strong practical Knowledge of quality bricklaying processes and procedures as well as strong health and safety awareness.Be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal staff.Solve problems and be able to work under pressure.Train and develop your team's knowledge and skill set further.Deal with client tenders and negotiate costs.Quality check all works.Job OfferNegotiable basic salary and Package!Reporting into an ambitious directorProgression plan from day 1 (ability to reach a director position in a short space of time)
