The role has become available due to the requirements of an established and growing business.ResponsibilitiesSales Ledger managementRaising invoicesCredit controlRaising purchase orders and chasing for PO'sPurchase ledger: matching & processing supplier invoices, running month-end paymentsBank Reconciliation: Bank Account, Credit Card Account, Factor Account, Savings AccountsHealth & safety administrationRequirementsQualified bookkeeper with relevant experienceSAGE and Microsoft Office packages knowledgePurchase ledger knowledgePayroll experience would be advantageousExcellent communication skills to interact at various levels internally and externallyAbility to provide solutions an improvementForward-thinking and resilience to changeThis is the ideal role for an individual who is looking to demonstrate extensive knowledge in bookkeeping and finance.
